תקנון ונהלים

אנא קראו הייטב את הנהלים המצוינים להלן וודאו כי הם ברורים.

חובה להביא נהלים אלה לידיעת כל מלווה / הורה / סבא/תא / בייביסטר / וכד'.

נהלים

1) עם כניסתכם לאפליקצייה לראשונה, תתבקשו למלא טפסים ולאחר מכן לערוך את פרופיל המשתמש, כולל תמונת פרופיל קרובה וגדולה.

2) אנא כנסו לקטגוריית "רכישת מוצרים" ורכשו את השיעור/ טיפול / הכרטיסייה הרלוונטית לכם. כעת אנו נוכל לשבץ אתכם ביומן המתאמנים ורק לאחר הרכישה השיעור יישמר עבורכם.

3) את המנויים אשר רכשתם והשיבוץ שבצענו תוכלו לראות תחת הקטגוריה "מנויים פעילים" באפליקצייה.

4) בהמשך הלימוד, קביעת שיעורים, ביטול שיעורים ו/או שינוי מועדי שיעורים ייעשה דרך האפליקציה באופן עצמאי. בכל מקרה בו נתקלים בקשיים, ניתן לפנות אלינו לעזרה.

4) במקרה של ביטול שיעור זוגי, תינתן לפרטנר אחת האפשרויות: לשדרג את השיעור לשיעור פרטי בתוספת תשלום / לבקש את עזרתנו במציאת פרטנר אחר לשיעור / לקבוע מועד אחר לשיעור לשני הילדים.

5) במידה ואתם נאלצים לבטל הגעתכם לשיעור, יש לעדכן את האפליקציה עד השעה 12:00 בצהריים ביום שלפני מועד השיעור השמור עבורכם.

6) שימו לב- מתאמן שיבטל שיעורים לעיתים קרובות, (גם כשהביטול נעשה בזמן), יאלץ לותר על שיבוצו הקבוע ביומן ויוכל לבחור להשתבץ מידי שבוע על בסיס מקום פנוי או לקבל את כספו בחזרה. לא נאפשר החזקה במשבצת קבועה, למי שאינו מתמיד ברצף השיעורים.

6) שיעור ההשלמה יכול להתקיים בכל יום אחר, שאינו יום האימון שלכם ועם כל מדריך אחר ושותף אחר לשיעור ואותו תוכלו לקבוע באמצעות האפליקציה.

7) ניתן להזמין שיעורים נוספים באמצעות האפליקציה ע"י רישום ברשימת המתנה לשיעור המבוקש. במקרה בו השיעור שהזמנתם התפנה, תשלח אליכם הודעה שתוקפה 10 דקות ותוכלו להחליט אם לקחת שיעור זה. במידה ולא תשיבו תוך 10 דקות, תשלח ההצעה לבא בתור ברשימת ההמתנה לשיעור.

8) בכל ביטול שיעור שלא בזמן, ינוקב השיעור בכרטיסייה ללא קשר לסיבת הביטול.

9) במקרה בו מדריך נאלץ לבטל הגעתו ליום העבודה יחליף אותו מדריך אחר והשיעור יתקיים כמתוכנן. במידה ואינכם מסכימים להחלפת מדריך כאמור, הינכם מתבקשים להודיע על כך מיידית בעת הרישום.

10) המדריכים מעדכנים ומתעדכנים באמצעות התוכנה את התקדמות התלמיד/ הקשיים וההישגים בכל מפגש, כך שכל הצוות רואה זאת ומעודכן בתהליך ההתקדמות של ילדכם, למקרה שתגיעו בעתיד להשלמה או שיעור חיזוק אצל מדריך אחר.

11) במידה ונרשמתם לשיעור זוגי, והפרטנר מבקש להפסיק את הלימוד, תוכלו לשדרג את הלימוד לשיעור פרטי בתוספת תשלום יחסית ו/או למצוא פרטנר אחר.

12) תוכלו לעקוב אחר מספר השיעורים אותם ניצלתם בכרטיסייה שנרכשה בקטגוריית " היסטורית שיעורים"

13) אנחנו כאן תמיד לסייע ולהסביר באמצעות הצ'אט (הנמצא בראש האפליקציה), וואטסאפ או שיחת טלפון.

4) חשוב לציין כי ניתן להפסיק את הלימוד בכל שלב שהוא במסגרת הכרטיסייה ולקבל החזר כספי מלא עבור יתרת השיעורים בכרטיסייה. לא ניתן להקפיא כרטיסייה ו/או "לשמור" שיעורים לעונה הבאה, כמו כן ניתן לבקש החזר כספי כאמור רק בתוך 14 ימים מהפסקת הלימוד, באחריותכם הבלעדית.

מלווה

ניתן להגיע לשיעור עם מלווה אחד מבוגר בלבד. חל איסור חד משמעי להגיע עם נלווים נוספים כולל אחים/אחיות וכו'.

הורים שלא ימלאו אחר הנחיית המלווה במלואה, ניאלץ להפסיק את הלימוד לאלתר.

מיקום
הבריכה ממוקמת ברחוב "החוחית" 42, רעננה. שער החצר נמצא סגור, לבטיחות הנמצאים במקום. קוד הכניסה הינו: 2040 כוכבית (אנא זכרו ליידע כל מבוגר שמסיע את ילדכם לשיעור בקוד זה). הקוד הוא לשימושכם בלבד ולא לשימוש ילדכם. אנא הקפידו על סגירת השער.

חנייה

אנא הקדישו תשומת לב מלאה לקריאת סעיף זה!

הבריכה נמצאת באיזור מגורים צפוף ביותר.

חל איסור חמור על כל חנייה ברחוב שלנו, "רחוב החוחית". ברחובות הסמוכים אלינו חל איסור חנייה בכל מקום שיכול להתפרש כפתח של בית/חנייה/דלת חדר אשפה.

1) הנכם נדרשים להעביר מידע חשוב זה לכל מי שמסיע את ילדכם לשיעור (סבים/הורה/בייביסיטר)

2) חל איסור חנייה או עצירה ברחוב "החוחית" (הרחוב שלנו) אפילו לא "לרגע" כדי להוריד ולהכניס את הילדים לשיעור בלבד

3) אחרי הרישום באפליקציה, אנא הקישו על קטגוריית "שיעורי אונליין" שנמצא בסרגל התפריט מימין וצפו בסרטון הנקרא "תקנון החנייה".

כאמור בסרטון, חנייה בשפע יש במגרש חנייה חולי גדול ברחוב "הלימון" 5, ברחוב "השחפים" פינת "התור" (על הכביש), ברחוב "הסנונית" (ליד גינת השעשועים) ומעט ברחוב "הלימון" או "התור" פינת "החוחית".

אנו מגלים אפס סבלנות בנוגע לחנייה שלא כאמור, שכן יחסי השכנות חשובים לנו ביותר. בנוסף ידוע לנו כי לא אחת נקנסו אנשים שחסמו שכנים

אנו נאלץ להפסיק מיידית לימודיו של תלמיד אשר הוריו לא הקפידו על נושא החנייה. אנא התייחסו לכך ברצינות ומנעו מאיתנו את אי הנעימות הכרוכה בהפסקת הלימוד

משך השיעור/ הטיפול ותנאי הלימוד:

משך השיעור/ הטיפול הינו 30 דק'.

חצר ההמתנה נמצאת בסביבת מגורים וע"כ אנו מקפידים מאוד על השקט ומבקשים לא לצעוק בשטח החצר ולא לנהל שיחות טלפון סביב הבית בזמן ההמתנה לילדכם.

יש ששיעור זוגי עם מדריך אחד מתקיים במקביל לשיעור פרטי עם מדריך אחר. אנא כבדו את השקט שנדרש לכל מדריך והמנעו משיחות ברחבת הלימוד.

תשלום :

התשלום מתבצע דרך האפליקציה.

עם הזנת פרטי האשראי תשלח אליכם חשבונית.

(משלוח החשבונית למייל מהווה אישור עבורכם כי העסקה נקלטה).

המערכת שומרת את פרטי כרטיס האשראי לחיוב עתידי. משיקולי אבטחת מידע והגנה על הלקוח, פרטי כרטיס האשראי אינם מוצגים במערכת ולא ניתן לייצא את פרטי כרטיס האשראי מהמערכת.

הלקוח נותן הרשאה לבית העסק לחייב את כרטיס האשראי עבור רכישות עתידיות.

ציוד לשיעור:

לשיעורי השחייה אנא הביאו עמכם:

· בגד ים

· כובע ים (לבעלי שיער ארוך)- חובה! (ניתן לרכישה באמצעות האפליקציה)

· משקפת (ניתן לרכישה באמצעות האפליקציה)

· מגבת

· בגדי החלפה

· ובחורף- כובע צמר

· וכמובן- חיוך גדול רחב ולב שמח.

הקלטת השיעורים:

השיעורים מוקלטים (תמונה וקול) ומשמשים אותנו לבקרת איכות ומעקב אחר התקדמות הילדים בשחייה או כל התקדמות בטיפול במים ואך ורק לצורך זה. בעצם חתימתכם על תקנון זה, הנכם יודעים ומאשרים את הקלטת השיעורים.

אנו מבטיחים להשתדל למקסם את חבילת הלימוד של ילדכם/שלכם ולהביאו ללימוד הסגנון ולתוצאות משמעותיות במהירות המירבית אך אנו לא מתחייבים לתוצאה שכן לכל אדם יכולת לימוד וקצב משלו.

מאחלים חווית לימוד מהנה ומשמעותית.

מזכירים לכם להביא את ידיעת התקנון במלואו לכל מלווה אפשרי.

Regulations and Procedures

Please read carefully the procedures outlined below and make sure they are clear

It is essential and mandatory to bring to knowledge these regulations and procedures to every adult escort.

Procedures

When entering the app for the first time, you will be asked to fill out forms and then edit the user profile. Please remember to upload a profile and picture.

Please fill in all the required details in the student’s profile

Please select the category “Purchasing Products’’ and purchase the lesson / treatment /card that is relevant for you. It will now be possible to include you in the student’s diary. If you have problems please ask for our help

You can see the subscriptions you purchased under the ‘’Active subscriptions” category

Scheduling, canceling lessons and / or changing lesson dates will be done through the app. In case of any difficulties, you can contact us for help

In any case of cancelling a Couples lesson, there is the option for the remaining couple to upgrade to Private lesson for the difference, or finding another partner to the Couples lesson or cancel the entire lesson for both.

If you are forced to cancel your lesson, the application must be updated by 12:00pm on the day before the date of the lesson reserved for you

Please note: swimmers who often cancel lessons (even in a timely manner) will have to give up their regular time slot and will be able to choose an available spot (if vacant) on a weekly basis or get a refund. We cannot hold a regular time slot for swimmers who do not come regularly.

The replacement lesson can take place on any other day, which is not your training day and with any other instructor and partner for the lesson, which you can determine through the app.

Additional lessons can be ordered through the app by registering on the waiting list for the requested lesson. In the event the lesson you ordered becomes vacant, you will be sent a message that is valid for 10 minutes and you can decide whether to take this lesson. If you do not answer, the space will be sent to the next person in the waiting list for the lesson

If a lesson has not been cancelled in time (see no. 5 above) a lesson will be forfeited, regardless of the reason for the cancellation

In case an instructor is forced to cancel his/her arrival on the work day he/she will be replaced by another instructor and the lesson will take place as planned. In cases where the parents do not agree for a replacement instructor, you should inform us immediately.

The instructors use the software to update the student's progress, difficulties and achievements at each session so that the entire staff sees this and is updated on the students’ progress

If your other couples lesson group member concludes his partnership in the group, you can choose to continue with Private lessons keeping the scheduled date by adding the sum of 80NIS to each remaining lessons, or find a new partner and keep your scheduled time frame.

You can keep track of the number of lessons you used in the tab purchased in the "History" category

We are always here to help and explain through chat (located at the top of the app), WhatsApp or phone call

There is always the possibility to stop learning and get a full refund for the remaining unused lessons. You can't freeze your subscription or "save" lessons to the next season. Refund is valid only for the next 14 days after stopping the lessons, and it is your responsibility to ask for the refund.

Location

The pool is located at 42 HaHochit Street, Raanana. The courtyard gate is closed, for the safety of those present. The entry code is: 2040 Asterisk (please remember to inform any adult who drives your child to class with this code). The code is for your use only and not for your child's use. Please be sure to close the gate

Escort

There is only one mature escort allowed with your children. It is strictly forbidden to have any other - even family - present other than one escort. We will terminate lessons for those who will not comply with this strict guideline.

Parking

Please pay full attention to this section

The pool is in a very crowded living area
All parking on our street, HaHohit Street, is strictly prohibited. In the streets near us,
parking is prohibited anywhere that can be interpreted as the entrance to a house /
parking / garbage room door

1) You are required to pass on this important information to anyone who drives your
child to the lesson (grandparents / parent / babysitter)

2) It is forbidden to park or stop on the HaHohit street (our street) not even for a
moment to drop off the kids for their lesson.

3) After registering in the app, please click on the "Online Lessons" category located in
the menu bar on the right and watch the video called "Parking Policies"
As stated in the video, there is ample parking in a large sandy parking lot at 5 HaLimon Street, at Hashahafim corner Hator Streets (on the road), and at HaSnunit Street (near the playground) and some parking at Halimon Street as well as at Hator corner

When coming to us for the first time, please arrive ahead of time and get to know the
parking options in the area
We show zero patience regarding parking, as mentioned, because neighbourly relations are extremely important to us. In addition, people who blocked neighbours were often fined
We are forced to immediately stop the studies of a student whose parents do not pay
attention to the parking issues. Please take this seriously to prevent this

Duration and conditions of the lesson / treatment

The duration of the lesson / treatment is 30 minutes

We maintain optimal learning conditions and strongly seek to maintain quiet in the pool and yard plaza.

Sometimes a double lesson with one instructor takes place in parallel with a private lesson with another instructor. Please respect the noise level required for each instructor and avoid conversations in the yard area

Payment

Payment is made through the app

On entering the credit information you will be sent an invoice

The system stores your credit card details for future charges

For security reasons, the credit card details are not shown anywhere in the system and there is no way to export the credit card details

You are authorizing us to charge your credit card for future acquisitions

Lesson equipment

For swimming lessons please bring with you

• Swimsuit

• (Swimming cap (for those with medium to long hair) - a must! (Can be purchased through the app

• (Goggles (Can be purchased through the app

• Towel

• Changing clothes

• In the winter- a woolen hat

• And of course - a big, big smile and a happy heart

Recording the lessons

The lessons are recorded (picture and sound) for quality purposes and are used by us to monitor the children's progress in swimming or any progress in water treatment and are used only for this purpose.

By actually signing these rules, you acknowledge and approve the recording of the lessons.

We promise to try to maximize your learning package and bring the student to learn the swimming styles with significant results as quickly as possible. But we do not guarantee the result, since each student has his or her own learning abilities and pace
