התנהלות בסטודיו:

1. השיעור נמשך 55 דקות, ומתחיל בשעה שנקבעה מראש.
2. חל איסור מוחלט להשתמש במכשירים או להתאמן בסטודיו ללא אישור והשגחת המדריך.
3. הסטודיו אינו אחראי לנזק ו\או אובדן של חפצים ודברי ערך.
4. הסטודיו עושה שימוש ברשתות חברתיות לצורכי שיווק ופרסום, כגון אינסטגרם, פייסבוק ועוד. לפיכך הסטודיו רשאי להעלות סרטונים ותמונות לרשתות אלו. חתימה על תקנון זה מהווה אישור של המתאמנים לעשיית שימוש בתמונות/סרטונים בהם מופיעה המתאמנים.

עדכון מצב רפואי:

1. הצהרת הבריאות מהווה את הבסיס לקיום הביטוח למתאמנים ולסטודיו.
2. יש למלא הצהרת בריאות בשלב הרישום לסטודיו ולרעננה תקופתית, על פי דרישות האפליקציה. טופס זה הינו תנאי להשתתפות בשיעורים.
3. יש לעדכן את הנהלת הסטודיו בכל שינוי החל במצב הרפואי של המתאמנת.
4. מצב רפואי - יש להקשיב להנחיות המדריכות ולבצען במלואן ולדווח במיידי על כל אי נוחות/כאב על מנת שהמאמנת תיתן מענה הולם לסוגייה.

תיאום שיעור:

1. תיאום שיעור יבוצע באפליקציה (BOOSTAPP) החל מיום שלישי בבוקר, לשבוע העוקב.
2. המתאמנות תקבלנה תזכורת באפליקציה לפני השיעור הקרוב שנקבע להם. במידה ולא התקבלה הודעה כזו אנא וודאו אצלכם באפליקציה שאכן תואם שיעור.
3. שיעור ראשון (ניסיון) בעלות של 75 ש"ח. התשלום יבוצע מראש, על מנת להבטיח השתתפות המתאמן ושריון המקום בלוח הזמנים השבועי.
4. הסטודיו רשאי לשנות את שעות הפעילות ואת המאמנת, לפי שיקול דעתו הבלעדי.

ביטול שיעור:

1. ביטול שיעור ללא עלות יבוצע ע"י המתאמנת עד 24 שעות לפני מועד השיעור שנקבע.
2. שיעורים שנקבעו ליום ראשון בבוקר – את הביטול (ללא עלות) יש לעדכן באפליקציה עד יום שישי בשעה 14:00.
3. ביטול שיעור לאחר מועדים אלו יחוייב בתשלום מלא.

מנויים וכרטיסיות:

1. מנוי לשיעור אחד בשבוע (5 בחודש) - 380₪ לחודש.
2. מנוי לשני שיעורים בשבוע (9 בחודש) - 600₪ לחודש. כולל הטבה - שיעור נוסף מתנה, על בסיס מקום פנוי (הרישום מתאפשר רק בטווח 10 שעות לפני השיעור).
3. מנוי לשלושה שיעורים בשבוע (13 בחודש) - 850₪ לחודש. כולל הטבה - שני שיעורים נוספים מתנה, על בסיס מקום פנוי (הרישום מתאפשר רק בטווח 10 שעות לפני השיעור).
4. מנוי חופשי חודשי - 1200₪ לחודש.
5. כרטיסיה 10 שיעורים קבוצתיים - 850₪ (תוקף לחודשיים).
6. שיעור קבוצתי בודד - 90₪.
7. ניתן לבטל/ לשנות מנוי בהתראה של לפחות 30 יום מראש.
8. כל מנוי / כרטיסיה הינם אישיים בלבד - לא ניתנים להעברה לשום גורם אחר.
9. מותרים עד 28 ימי הקפאת מנוי בשנה. מינימום 7 ימים לכל הקפאה.
10. אי מימוש כל, או חלק, מהאימונים שבמנוי / בכרטיסיה אינו מזכה בהחזר כספי על אימונים שלא מומשו.

מדיניות הפסקת/הקפאת מנוי/כרטיסיה:

1. מתאמנת רשאית לבטל רכישת מנוי/כרטיסיה תוך 48 שעות ממועד הרכישה ולקבל החזר כספי מלא, פחות דמי ביטול של 5% מערך הכרטיסיה, או 100₪, הנמוך מבניהם.
2. מעבר ל-48 שעות מרכישת מנוי/הכרטיסיה לא ניתן יהיה לבטלה ו/או לקבל החזר כספי בגינה.

A. Studio operating routine:

1.The class lasts 55 minutes and begins at a pre-arranged time.

2.It is strictly forbidden to use the devices or practice in the studio without the permission and supervision of the instructor.

3.The studio is not responsible for damage and / or loss of objects and valuables.

4. The studio uses social networks for marketing and advertising purposes, such as Instagram, Facebook and more. Therefore, the studio is allowed to upload videos and photos to these networks. Signing these regulations constitutes the trainee's approval for the use of photos/videos in which the trainee appears.

B. Medical status update:

1.The health declaration form is the basis for the insurance for the trainees and the studio.

2.A health declaration must be filled out at the registration stage for the studio and periodically refreshed, according to the requirements of the app. This form is a condition of participation in the classes.

3.The management of the studio should be updated on any change on the medical condition of the trainee.

4. Medical condition - you must listen to the guidance instructions and follow them in full and immediately report any discomfort/pain in order for the trainer to provide an adequate response to the issue

C. Class coordination:

1.Class coordination will be done in the BOOSTAPP application, starting Tuesday morning, for the following week.

2.The trainees will receive a reminder in the app before the next class scheduled for them. If no such message has been received, please make sure in your app that the class matches.

3.First class (experience) at a cost of 75 NIS, to ensure the trainee's participation and reservation of the place in the weekly schedule.

4. The studio may change the activity hours and the trainer, at its sole discretion.

D. Cancellation of class:

1.Cancellation of a class at no cost will be performed by the trainee up to 24 hours before the set class date.

2.Classes scheduled for Sunday morning - the cancellation (free of charge) must be made in the application by Friday at 14:00.

3.Cancellation of a class after the above timelines will be charged in full.

E. Subscriptions and cards:

1. Subscription for one lesson per week (5 per month) - 380 NIS per month.

2. Subscription for two lessons per week (9 per month) - 600 NIS per month. Includes a benefit - an additional lesson as a gift, based on available space (registration is only possible within 10 hours before the lesson).

3. Subscription for three lessons per week (13 per month) - 850 NIS per month. Includes a benefit - two additional lessons as a gift, based on available space (registration is only possible within 10 hours before the lesson).

4. Free monthly subscription - 1,200 NIS per month.

5. 10 group lesson card - 850 NIS (valid for two months).

6. Single group lesson - 90 NIS.

7. Subscription can be canceled/changed with at least 30 days' notice.

8. Each subscription/card is personal only - cannot be transferred to any other party.

9. Up to 28 days of subscription freezing per year are allowed. Minimum 7 days for each freeze.

10. Failure to use all, or part, of the training sessions on the subscription/card does not entitle you to a refund for unused training sessions.

F. Workout's card suspension/freeze policy:

1. A trainee may cancel the purchase of a subscription/card within 48 hours of the date of purchase and receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the value of the card, or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

2. Beyond 48 hours from the purchase of a subscription/card, it will not be possible to cancel it and/or receive a refund for it.

A. Routine de fonctionnement du studio:

1.Le classe dure 55 minutes et commence à une heure convenue à l'avance.

2.Il est strictement interdit d'utiliser les appareils ou de pratiquer en studio sans l'autorisation et la surveillance de l'instructeur.

3.Le studio n'est pas responsable des dommages et/ou pertes d'objets et valeurs.

4. Le studio utilise les réseaux sociaux à des fins de marketing et de publicité, comme Instagram, Facebook, etc. Le studio est donc autorisé à télécharger des vidéos et des photos sur ces réseaux. La signature du présent règlement vaut approbation du stagiaire pour l'utilisation des photos/vidéos dans lesquelles le stagiaire apparaît.

B. Mise à jour de la situation médicale:

1.Le formulaire de déclaration de santé constitue la base de l'assurance pour les stagiaires et le studio.

2.Une déclaration de santé doit être remplie lors de l'inscription au studio et actualisée périodiquement, selon les exigences de l'application. Ce formulaire est une condition de participation aux classe.

3.La direction du studio doit être informée de tout changement dans l'état de santé du stagiaire.

4. Condition médicale - vous devez écouter les instructions, les remplir entièrement et signaler immédiatement tout inconfort/douleur afin que l'entraîneur puisse apporter une réponse adéquate au problème.

C. Coordination des classe:

1.La coordination des classe se fera dans l'application BOOSTAPP, dès le mardi matin, pour la semaine suivante.

2.Les stagiaires recevront un rappel dans l'application avant le prochain classe prévu pour eux. Si aucun message de ce type n'a été reçu, veuillez vous assurer dans votre application que la classe correspond.

3.Première classe (expérience) au prix de 75 NIS. afin d'assurer la participation du stagiaire et la réservation de la place dans le planning hebdomadaire.

4. Le studio peut changer les heures d'activité et l'entraîneur, à sa seule discrétion.

D. Annulation de classe:

1.L'annulation d'un classe sans frais sera effectuée par le stagiaire jusqu'à 24 heures avant la date fixée du classe.

2.Classe prévus le dimanche matin - l'annulation (sans frais) doit être effectuée dans l'inscription avant le vendredi à 14h00.

3.L'annulation d'un classe après les délais ci-dessus sera facturée en totalité.

E. Abonnements et cartes:

1. Abonnement pour une leçon par semaine (5 par mois) - 380 NIS par mois.

2. Abonnement pour deux cours par semaine (9 par mois) - 600 NIS par mois. Comprend un avantage - une leçon supplémentaire en cadeau, en fonction des places disponibles (l'inscription n'est possible que dans les 10 heures précédant la leçon).

3. Abonnement pour trois leçons par semaine (13 par mois) - 850 NIS par mois. Comprend un avantage - deux leçons supplémentaires en cadeau, en fonction des places disponibles (l'inscription n'est possible que dans les 10 heures précédant la leçon).

4. Abonnement mensuel gratuit - 1200 NIS par mois.

5. Carte pour 10 cours collectifs - 850 NIS (valable deux mois).

6. Cours en groupe individuel - 90 NIS.

7. Vous pouvez annuler/modifier un abonnement avec un préavis d'au moins 30 jours.

8. Chaque abonnement/carte est personnel uniquement - non transférable à une autre partie.

9. Jusqu'à 28 jours de gel d'abonnement par an sont autorisés. Minimum 7 jours pour chaque congélation.

10. Le fait de ne pas effectuer tout ou partie des séances de formation figurant sur l'abonnement/la carte ne donne pas droit à un remboursement des séances de formation non utilisées.

F. Politique de suspension/gel de la carte d'entraînement:

1. Un stagiaire peut annuler l'achat d'un abonnement/d'une carte dans les 48 heures suivant la date d'achat et recevoir un remboursement complet, moins des frais d'annulation de 5 % de la valeur de la carte, ou 100 NIS, selon le montant le plus bas.

2. Au-delà de 48 heures après l'achat d'un abonnement/carte, il ne sera pas possible de l'annuler et/ou de bénéficier d'un remboursement.
